Our services are intended to assist individuals, businesses, and organizations in creating high-quality content for personal, academic, and commercial purposes.

We do not guarantee specific academic grades, employment outcomes, or business results based on the use of our services. All work is original, tailored to client requirements, and delivered within agreed timelines.

3. Payment Terms

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price confirmed at checkout. All transactions will appear under TheWritingGuru.org or an associated payment processor’s name.
Work will begin only after payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Communication

  • Our primary communication method is email to maintain accurate records.

  • Limited phone support may be available, but all official instructions, revisions, and confirmations must be sent in writing via email.

  • You are responsible for providing valid and accurate contact information. Failure to do so may affect delivery timelines and guarantees.

5. Order Process

Step 1 – Placing an Order

Provide complete and accurate details in the order form, including contact information, service type, and project requirements. Inaccurate information may void product guarantees.

Step 2 – Providing Information

The Writing Guru relies solely on customer-provided information. It is your responsibility to supply all relevant details such as:

  • Required formats, style guides, or templates

Step 3 – Clear Instructions

Provide clear and concise instructions when placing your order. Revisions are offered only to match the original instructions given at order placement.

Step 4 – Service Level Accuracy

Choose the correct service category (e.g., Writing, Editing, Translation). If you are unsure, contact our support team for clarification before payment.

Step 5 – Assigning an Expert

We assign a qualified expert best suited to your project. All materials must be uploaded via our official communication channels—verbal instructions are not considered binding.

Step 6 – Email Monitoring

Check your email regularly for updates or requests for clarification. Delayed responses may result in delivery delays.

Step 7 – Tracking Progress

You may request order status updates at any time. Typical stages include:

  • Order Received

  • Work in Progress

  • Draft Ready

  • Revision in Progress

  • Completed

  • On Hold or Cancelled

6. Revisions

We offer revisions to ensure your project aligns with your original instructions. Additional changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
